Recruitment
Temp To Perm
This is quite favourable with our existing clients; we supply temporarily but any member of staff you feel fits well with your service you rebook for 12 weeks continuously. After the 12 weeks, you can then have that staff member on your team and not invoiced through the agency.
Temp Cover
As and when you need it. The most common and popular solution associated with recruitment agencies, we have over 60 staff with a mixture of training and experience working in different backgrounds..
Permanent Recruitment
We will interview any staff that we would consider putting forward to you. This is to eradicate any time wasted on your end, you tell us exactly what you need, and we will find it for you.
Happy Clients
"We would like to thank you and the whole CIL team who have been involved in supporting my Son for the professional, caring and attentive service you have delivered. The task of taking over such a complex job at such short notice must have been immensely challenging, but everyone was intent on delivering exactly what was needed to stabilise the situation and reassure residents. The success of the last few weeks has been due in large measure to the Service Manager and the way in which requests have been accommodated so willingly, but to your Team Leader as the skills have shown what can be done when there is a truly caring culture."
“To All Staff at CIL,
Can you please pass on our thanks and appreciation to all the staff who have done such a great job of supporting our Daughter. Thank you also for all C.I.L.'s hard work in making it run so smoothly.
With our very warmest wishes to everybody for the future”
